As we start a new year, I’m also starting a new 6 month plan. As I’ve mentioned before, I find it helpful to start by looking at 7 general aspects of wellness. The University of California at Riverside has a great overview of this 7 aspects, as well as in-depth explanations of each. UCR even includes ways to enhance well-being for each!
