The article below made the rounds on my Facebook. At first, I dismissed it. And then I saw it again and decided to read. I was struck by how similar much of the article was to my experiences or those of my friends.
The author describes a familiar combination of systemic barriers (rents and home prices being much higher), the norm of “optimizing” everything, the gap between expectations and reality, and the delusion of social media.
